Job Title: Sales Manager

Introduction: 

SAMRACH RATTANAK CO., LTD., was jointly founded by committed professional real estate service providers who are legally accredited by Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia. 

Our team has solid real estate expertise, insightful knowledge and skill necessary to assist both local and international investors for their investment in real estate, finance and construction.

We offer estate agency services, property valuation services, property management, property research and and advisory and other accessory services as required and needed.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulating market pricing policy
• Meet Sales target as assigned by the management of the company
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activities and report to CEO
• Maintain and build up relations with clients/customers
• Lead generation: conduct cold-call, visit customers and identify customers’ needs
• Set strategy to maximize sales outcome
• Follow up and update sales statistics in system
• Understand the services of the company and customer’s requirement
• Participate in sales marketing promotion activities, training, and meeting

 

Job Requirments 

• Male/female with dynamic, persuasive, and ethical behavior.
• 1 year of experience in real estate business or related fields.
• Good communications and ability to serve the clients satisfactorily.
• Professionalism is important and focus on result oriented.
• Be patient, confident, and hard-working
• Fairly good in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in other Languages (Chinese, Japanese, French, etc) would be highly encouraged.
